pclip Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of pclip, a mobile interface for the hosted Paperclip service. By using pclip, you agree to these terms.

Use of pclip

You may use pclip only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, repositories, projects, services, and workspaces you are authorized to access.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use pclip to access systems or data without permission.
• Do not interfere with, abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.

Third-Party Services

pclip may help you view or manage information from connected services. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of pclip at any time. We may also limit or suspend access if we believe these terms have been violated or there is a security risk.

No Warranty

pclip is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, pclip and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using pclip at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
